Our 3-person cedar Infra-Red Sauna is a corner unit with ample room for 2 to lay down during their sauna. We have a 10-panel infra-red light system, which is one of the most powerful systems on the market. Infra-red light therapy is part of the sun's invisible spectrum of healthy, natural light. The infra-red light penetrates deep into the skin ridding, the body of toxins stored in the deep layers of our sweat glands. This treatment improves the circulatory system, providing a significant increase of oxygen to all the organs in the body. The sauna is incredibly remineralizing and hydrating for the skin.
We highly recommend the infra-red sauna prior to any of our spa treatments.
