Our 3-person cedar infrared sauna is a corner unit with ample room for 2 to lie down during their sauna. We have a 10-panel infrared light system, which is one of the most powerful systems on the market. Infrared light therapy is part of the sun's invisible spectrum of healthy, natural light. The infrared light penetrates deep into the skin, ridding the body of toxins stored in the deep layers of our sweat glands. This treatment improves the circulatory system, providing a significant increase of oxygen to all the organs in the body. The sauna is incredibly remineralizing and hydrating for the skin.



We highly recommend the infra-red sauna prior to any of our spa treatments.
